This magnificent retail center houses 40,000 sf of retail space and is the result of renovating an old 20,000 sf grocery store and adding a 20,000 sf, two-story addition. Included in the project was the installation of over 6,000 linear feet of crown molding which concealed a wire raceway for data and video security systems allowing on-line monitoring of the store and merchandise. In addition to the retail space the building also has 10,000 sf ‘Class A’ office space which serves as the corporate headquarters for a major real estate development company.
