12 Aug Sundy House
Located in the heart of historic downtown Delray Beach, the Sundy House is a boutique inn listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This secluded retreat is nestled within an acre of stunning tropical gardens. The Victorian inn’s luxurious guest accommodations feature sumptuous décor and modern amenities. The project involved the restoration of the original Sundy residence, built in 1902, and included the construction of the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Restaurant facilities, including unique dining room buildings were added as well. BSA expanded the Sundy House guest capacity by transforming an adjacent apartment building into exclusive residences comprised of two flats and two townhouses. In addition, a small cottage on the property was renovated into an exclusive honeymoon suite. The exterior elevations of the existing residential buildings were completely re-designed to blend perfectly with the original Sundy residence and gardens, bringing harmony to the overall experience of its guests.
